The business that I’m in is strictly referral-based. I am responsible for growing our organization, so when I began learning all of the ways that LinkedIn can help with that, I was ecstatic! In one of our initial coaching sessions with Lindsey Stemann, she showed us how to do advanced searches of individuals and suggested great ways of how to get an introduction. I immediately started sending those out (while in the coaching session), and before she even left our office, I had responses from two particularly beneficial connections. One may be a fit for our role, and the other is so supportive that he’s made 5 more introductions!
