Content Marketing Specialist

Intero Advisory is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to assist our team with LinkedIn profile development, writing, content creation, project coordination, marketing, and sourcing. The candidate will have to be comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment and taking on multiple projects at one time. 

Intero Advisory believes that LinkedIn is the premier tool on the market for businesses and professionals. Candidates will be using LinkedIn on a daily basis and any previous knowledge of LinkedIn’s premium products is a plus.

The primary function of the position will be handling our LinkedIn profile development product line. Any candidate will need to be a confident, creative writer who can easily translate business culture, work experience, and specific industry-speak into a compellingly unique story. 

The secondary functions will be assisting with internal and external content creation, external marketing projects, coordinating projects with Intero Advisory contractors, and supporting our Client Outreach team in sourcing and lead generation.

  • Excellent understanding and execution of grammar and spelling
  • Familiarity with keywords and SEO strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative, imaginative and innovative writer, thinker and planner
  • Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
  • Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to interface and collaborate well with all employees (onsite and remote)
  • Good sense of humor
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including Gmail’s App Suite
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Social Media are preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Premium Products (LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter) are preferred

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Journalism, English, Marketing or Communications-related degree 
  • Experience in researching, developing and creating content and writing to a B2B audience
