Virtual Sessions

Workshop or presentations will be managed through Zoom for meetings less than 100 people. 

If the group is more than 100 attendees, Zoom Webinar will be used.

An attendee list is requested two days ahead of scheduled date and attendee’s LinkedIn profiles will be reviewed ahead of the session.

Point of Contact information is needed in event of emergency.

 

In-Person Sessions

All presentations and workshops require Wi-Fi and projection. 

Everyone is encouraged to bring a laptop (preferable) or tablet for a presentation and are required for Workshops even a virtual session.

Phones do not work for a workshop.

Depending on the room, audio may be needed. If needed, Colleen can provide audio.
