Your LinkedIn Feed is Hiding Your Network

Written by Colleen McKenna | Sep 19, 2025 4:45:00 AM

People keep asking me why they don't see posts from their actual connections anymore.

Instead, they are seeing a lot of content from random people that are somewhat relevant to them, but most of the time not relevant to their work or business. Anecdotally, the mobile app feed seems to gear a bit more towards your network then the feed accessed from your web browser.

While you can try and “train” the algorithm by unfollowing, or clicking “not interested in this post”, an easier and more accurate way is to just curate your own feed.

At Intero, we have always been big on a proactive strategy and these tutorials give you immediate ways to act and receive more intentionally on LinkedIn. Here are some walk-thru tutorials on better ways to engage:

See posts from your connections only. (LinkedIn.com)

See posts from a small list of people you select. (LinkedIn.com)

See posts and updates from a curated lead list. (Sales Navigator)

See who is actively posting in your network in the last 30 days. (Sales Navigator)

Put these tutorials to the test and let us know if you see more of what matters to you.
